Build & Elevate CIC was established to bridge the gap between young people seeking direction and the thriving construction & electrical industries. We believe talent is everywhere, but opportunities and visible role models are not always accessible.
Through our flagship initiative, NEXT GEN, BIG FUTURES, we combine early school outreach, intensive practical workshops, money management skills, and career guidance. In partnership with KK Electrical Contractor Limited, we bring real industry trade expertise directly into schools, community hubs, and workshop spaces.
